(1) The person setting up any pharmaceutical industry shall arrange at least one expert having the following qualifications to supervise the manufacturing process of the pharmaceutical:-

(a) Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy,

(b) Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or

(1) Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, OR

(2) Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutics or Chemistry .
